ZUMBA! STEP! SPIN! PUMP! CORE 'N' MORE! PILATES!YOGA!Forget aerobics. That was the '80's. Group Fitness is the new generation of fitness classes and Bruce's Fitness Centre is the only facility in Te Awamutu that offers such a wide range.

Designed to keep you energised and enthused, Group Fitness classes take activities like cycling, dance, weightlifting, and pilates, set them to amazing music and deliver fabulous results. Whatever you want to achieve, there's a Group Fitness class for you.

* It is essential to book your place for all Spin classes as bikes are limited.  Most of our classes are free to current members. Casual visitors are more than welcome to come along. Senior class rates are as indicated in the class description.

Classes

Zumba: The latin - inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, feel it to the core fitness party.

Pump: Tone and sculpt your body using barbells, dumbbells and body weight for resistance. Intensity suitable for beginners through to the athletic. Non-impact. Anyone can do it!

Spin: This class uses spin bikes to give you a fantastic cycling-based workout. Great for cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and conditioning, all with no impact. Motivating music and instructors will challenge you to help you improve your fitness while having fun!  Suitable for all.  Please book for this class.

Step Sculpt: Combines a cardio routine using steps, with toning to give you a great all over workout. Nothing too complicated. GREAT FUN!

Core 'n' More: Multi level class focusing on core, strength and aerobic fitness!!

Hot Yoga: A conventional yoga class focusing on strength and flexiblity - performed in a heated room.

Active Seniors: Gym based exercise session to help restore and maintain strength and mobility for senior exercisers. Use cardio equipment and weight machines in a fully supervised environment. Very popular! A friendly and supportive atmosphere - come along and give it a go! $8.00. (GREEN PRESCRIPTION).

50's FWD: Light pace exercise to music for seniors. Fun and energising. $8.00 (GREEN PRESCRIPTION).
